We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will refund or exchange the product(s). We do not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage to products.

Please allow 5 to 7 days to process return. We highly suggest you send your package with a tracking number.
Indicate if you are seeking an exchange or a refund. If an exchange, include the new size and color or different item you prefer.
Returned items must be in new condition. If items are worn or damaged, your return will be declined. Items that have a manufacturing defect must be exchanged within 30 days.
We will do our best to ship the correct item to you. If we have erred and sent the wrong item, contact our Customer Service Representative at via the Contact Page and we will send a pre-paid return label and exchange the product.
All refunds will be issued using the same method as payment.
